This is a Functional Reporting Analyst role, which is responsible for OBIEE Functional analysis and support for the HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement and Grants areas of the 3 OBIEE Systems.

You will also provide expert technical analysis and any related documentation for:

  • BAU support incidents
  • creation of standard reports and dashboards for external users and UK SBS teams to consume through Self Service methods
  • writing reports specifications for development
  • system changes, enhancements and developments
  • testing (unit and system)
  • handover of changes to the UAT & Training teams
  • control of application system processes
  • be jointly responsible with all other support team members for data security and integrity
  • training and supporting users to use OBIEE dashboards and answers
  • identifying and resolving any discrepancies between the source system and the reporting system
  • continuous improvement with UK SBS and clients to help them Self-Serve their MI needs.

  • Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) 10G & 11G
  • BI Apps 796 &
  • Informatica
  • DAC
  • Oracle e-business Suite R12 (HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Projects & CRM)
  • Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA -  BPEL, ESB)
  • Siebel Grants Solution.

  • familiarity with Oracle EBS strong influencing and good communication skills
