An exciting opportunity to learn more about system functional support as well as develop an understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite across a number of modules in the HR and Payroll areas. Supporting a busy team of HR & Payroll Functional Analysts, this role will involve standard system configurations, incident investigation and the provision of standard reports and data quality checks.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is keen to learn new skills, has a flexible approach to their work and can adapt positively to change. The role will provide opportunities to shadow Analyst activities, and so for the right individual potential to develop into the full analyst role.

Key tasks include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining key components of the system (work structures; workflow; approvals etc)
  • Monitoring of absence related processes, including annual accruals
  • Daily monitoring of User Provisioning requests
  • Regular cleansing of CRM data (emails and SR attachments)
  • Processing of mass data updates and data purging
  • Provision of standard data extracts, to support client reporting and Service Delivery exception reporting
  • Supporting organisational change projects
  • Supporting Functional Analysts with testing of system changes
  • Ad-hoc administrative support for the team

  • Previous experience of handling / processing data within in a system environment
  • Analytical mind-set and ability to follow process
  • Customer focus, together with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop new skills quickly
  • Previous ERP experience (Oracle, SAP or WorkDay)
  • Experience of Oracle HR and Payroll processes
  • Experience of Service Delivery processes
  • Creative and innovative approach, offering ideas for improving services and operations
